Stay Here, Stayhereanywhere.com, reports your tenants’ rent payments directly to Transunion, Experian, Equifax.  This helps them build credit with every rent payment. Our rent trade-line is given the same weight as any other trade-line.  This helps tenants establish, build, or repair their credit without having to take on any additional debt.

Increase Your Credit Score Using Your Rent

Property Management Company or Apartment Complex:

  • Information Needed:  For PMC’s and Apartment Complexes, in most cases, our vetting process is completed in-house. By being able to handle all of the required documentation behind the scenes, we truly make it an easy process to report your tenant’s monthly rent payments.
  • CostIf your tenant has already enrolled in our service, there is no cost to you!  If you are enrolling 1 to 5 units, we only charge $35.00 per tenant to report their current rent payments from today for the next 12 months.  If you have over 6+ units that you will be enrolling, we waive the initial setup fee for your existing tenants!  We do give each of your tenants an option to purchase the additional 24 months of rent reporting (but that would be their cost).
  • New Tenants: Whenever you have a new tenant move into your property, simply complete the new tenant enrollment form, submit the $25.00 per tenant fee, and we will start their reporting!
  • Monthly Verification: Once a month our verification department will confirm that your tenant(s) have paid on time!
